Each floor features 16-foot ceilings and the setback provides private rooftop decks for office tenants. The three-story structure will also mask the large parking deck situated behind the complex, accessible from both Morrison Drive and Brigade Street. An outdoor patio is situated between the main office structure and 8,000 SF building planned for 93 Brigade Street.
